History

Formed in 1976 by Bob Melloh and Bob Johnson, Johnson-Melloh, Inc. has operated in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Kentucky.  Our primary business core has been, and continues to be, in Central Indiana.

In 2005, Nick Melloh joined Johnson Melloh, Inc. and started the HVAC / Plumbing Service division of Johnson Melloh. 

In 2009, Kurt Schneider, Nick Melloh, and Andy Melloh formed sister company, Johnson-Melloh Solutions to compete in the design / build performace contracting market in Indiana.

In 2010, Johnson-Melloh Solutions joined forces with Schmidt and Associates Architects and Engineers to form Energy solutions by JMS.  Energy Solutions competes in the design / build performance contracting market as well as the higher education market throughout the Midwest.
